The help text contains specific information; however, here are the general steps to complete AFTER registering for SupplyPortal.

- Add
- Host - Leave blank (if seeking emails only)
- Document type - select the appropriate type (Shipping Schedule equivalent to 862, Material Release equivalent to 830)
- File format - select the desired format, frequently PDF or XLS
- Attach file - yes
- Contact name - select a contact that you created
If following this configuration, the identified contact(s) will receive an email every time DMI publishes data related to your organization. DMI publishes data daily.
