DMI offers our customers a complete range of casting processes and technologies for aluminum in order to maximize the product design and mechanical properties to exceed customer specifications. We offer our customers green sand, permanent mold, and squeeze casting.  DMI also has the ability to utilize sand cores in the casting processes to obtain hollow, light weight castings which require less machining and have higher strength.

• Green sand casting is accomplished with the high-output Disamatic® molding process.
