Diversified Machine, Inc. (‘DMI’) is pleased to announce it has executed an agreement with Citation Corporation (‘Citation’) regarding the transfer of certain assets and programs formerly housed in Citation’s Butler, Indiana facility.  

The assets and programs will be transferred to DMI’s Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Bristol, Indiana facilities.  This transaction is strategically aligned with DMI’s core business, and represents a tremendous opportunity for DMI to strengthen existing, and build new customer relationships.

It is anticipated that the transfer will be complete mid- to late- July 2008.
